Tiannenman Square

This morning we visited Tiannenman Square. The enormity of the square was overwhelming. thousands of people from all over China were there. Many Chinese came from remote parts of China were few westerners are seen and they asked to have their photos taken with members of our delegation. The thousands of people standing in line to view Chairman Mao's body was quite striking.
